Tamara Leighs Trend On Career Role Model Project with Claudia Howard. In Claudia's own words, "As women, we all know that every woman has a story. It is my honor to create a platform for women who are willing to share their career story to help others." Claudia and other Role Models mentor other women going through life transitions "...to create success and live the life you dream when you step up into your potential!"

The idea for Career Role Model Project came out of Claudia's own personal story. For over 25 years, Claudia built a successful career in Supply Management and enjoyed the personal and financial fruits of her labor with her husband, "the love of her life." Claudia shares how the shocking news of her husband's third and final stage 4 cancer and his heartbreaking death 11 short months later, forced her to examine her life and figure out what she wanted to do.
