Vance's practice has included significant work, both domestically and internationally, in corporate mergers and acquisitions, real estate, antitrust and distribution issues, corporate tax, securities, white collar criminal defense, and estate and tax planning, as well as litigation in all of the foregoing.

 

His corporate transactions have taken a multi-disciplinary approach in which he and his team have handle all aspects of the transactions, including securities, tax, real estate, environmental, labor, corporate, employee benefits and other specialized areas of law.

In addition to admission before the Illinois courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Vance has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Tax Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Seventh Circuits, and is a member of the trial bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
