The Art of Integrity to become Your Sovereign Self

Most people know the cliche "Walking the Talk." Integrity in many ways is just that. Integrity is how well you live up to your highest morals. As an expression of love, integrity gains a layer in that it is expanded to encompass how well you are coming from your heart. Integrity is a double edged sword. You can by strict definition have integrity but what you do can be unloving and harm others. In moving toward being a Sovereign Self this will not be the case. The highest state of integrity, which benefits humanity, is absolute integrity and it must always come from the heart.
