Dr. Christine Carter, sociologist and senior fellow at UC-Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center, discusses how by doing less we can accomplish more.

Being busy is a sign that we are not fulfilling our potential but makes us feel significant and important. Dr. Carter asserts that one of our biggest mistaken beliefs is that busyness is a sign of productivity and explains how we can escape cognitive overload.
