WHY FAST?  We should fast because we need Authentic Christianity, not Cosmetic Christianity!  Cosmetic Christinity is Christianity without Power and Manifesttion of the Spirit.  A lot of what we call manifestation of the Spirit today is at best emotionalism gone wild without changing lives.
