Brian A. Mincer is the Senior Pastor of Proflific Praise Worship Center yet his scope of ministry has far exceeded the walls of the church. God has made a way for him to work with several family oriented programs throughout various communities. He has partnered with city-based initiatives providing services to decrease levels of violence, increse employment, and to support primary education. Pastor Mincer is married to Shamaya Mincer and they share three children, Brandon, Ashley and Maurice.
