In 1998, Jackie's vocal abilities awed the judges when she participated in the Christian Artist Seminar in the Rockies of Colorado. She entered competitions and was voted top female vocalist in the solo category, and third place in the duet category with her husband Keith Kelley. 

Original songs written by Jackie come purely from the depths of her soul and from various life experiences. She celebrates life through her committed relationship with God and through her calling to minister to others. Her dynamic ministry is still reaching souls like never before!
