Timmons Brothers Present: The Beatles - 5oth Anniversary of Abbey Road

In the USA, nearly every Beatles fan did not know the album Abbey Road was the group’s last album as an active band, until many years later when stories began to indicate that the Let It Be album had been recorded earlier, but not released due to differences on the final production. With the benefit of hindsight, we now know Abbey Road was recorded over several months from July to September of 1969. Released on September 26, 1969 in the UK and a week later on October 3, 1969 in the USA, The Timmons Brothers will analyze and celebrate the 50th anniversary of the release of the album with one of the most recognizable and iconic covers – Abbey Road.
