Thomas Neptune Interview

With a fresh new sound in pop music and strong collaborations, Ohio native Thomas Neptune exemplifies “discipline and staying focused” in the ever-changing music industry. As a multi-instrumentalist, Neptune has the ability to not only create vocal melodies and memorable lyrics to multiple genres, but in addition contributes to the song’s musical production with ease and competence. As fate would have it, Neptune moved to Los Angeles in 2005 as a drummer in a rock band. After setting up shop on the “Sunset Strip,” he began exploring his musical horizons with producers: Grammy Nominated Engineer/Producer Luigie Gonzalez, David Whiteside (President P5Audio, Flo-Rida, Jodeci, Flava Flav, Hassahn Phenomenon), Mark Okoh (The Jackie Boyz, Prudence), and Mynority (Iyaz, “Goodbye”).
