In the fourth of our ten-part series regarding The Ten Commandments, John Warren and I, Ellen Hartwell, will discuss, from a metaphysical and manifesting point of view, keeping the sabbath day holy.

Most of us are busy, busy, busy and if we are not, we scarcely know what to do with ourselves. We manufacture things to do once our "to do" list is finished as we haven't mastered the fine art of keeping the sabbath day holy.

Does this mean we have to set aside a day and stare at our navel or the wall all day? Does this mean that if we don't stay quiet and meditative or prayerful once a week we are manifesting something ugly? You go ahead and try to do nothing with a home to keep, children to tend to, work to be done, etc., etc., etc.!

Hmm, maybe it's not about playing statue all day that sets aside one day a week as holy"?

Tune in now and learn with Ellen Hartwell and John Warren as they discuss the fourth commandment!
