Lucky rabbit foot? Lucky charm? Good luck shirt? "Don't walk under that ladder!" "Oh, no, a broken mirror?!?" Most of us have some type of good luck charm, omen or superstition that we privately - sometimes publicly -  believe in. Also, many of us, look for signs. "If I see this, it means that or if I do this, then that will happen."

All of the above is interesting and most of us participate in these beliefs in some way. That doesn't mean you're insane or that you never matured or that you've lost your lego's! Beliefs, signs and superstitions have been a part of the tapestry of our lives since anyone can remember. They make life more interesting, more mysterious and more fun.

None-the-less,  we do want to remind ourselves that all the superstition, all the signs, all the lucky charms are absolutely no match for a believing affirmation!

Join John Warren and Ellen Hartwell as they discuss the joys and fears of our superstitions and the wonder and efficacy of powerful affirmations today!
