It is likely that for as long as you can remember you have been told lies about yourself. Very few of us grew up in an environment in which we were just fine the way we were. How dare you give me a hard time about anything?" "Well, you know Jackie, I am your Mother so you better invite me over every Sunday and call me twice a day and....!"
