Lay Over, Inc. is a Denver, Colorado start-up company aimed at providing rest and relaxation to air travelers affected by layovers.  Customers can purchase a room at an hourly rate to sleep, relax, or work in privacy while they wait for their flight. 
 
Lay Over, Inc. will address passenger needs by forming a micro-hotel within the airport terminal.  Using this concept as a guideline, Lay Over, Inc. is unique to the industry because it will be the first of its kind on the western half the United States.  Passengers will no long have to sleep on the terminal floor or in the seats. 
 
The long-term mission is to provide luxuries of sleeping and bathing in a private room during air travel.  In the short-term, Lay Over, Inc. hopes to gain market share in the industry and supplement the traveling experience by providing amenities that are not provided by airlines.
