Charles E. Pender, Ph. D is a licensed Therapist, Community Activist, Motivational Speaker, Pastor, Husband, and Father. 

Elder Pender, born in Richmond, Virginia in 1946, educated inHopewell, Virginia graduated from Carter G. Woodson High School. Carter G. Woodson was an author, journalist, historian and the founder of the Association of the Study of African American Life and History. Knowing “Who You Are” is important. This fabric only sets the stage for who you will become. And that is the life journey for the elder. It is his mission for you to leave a Legacy for your family. Serving his country in the USAF, in Vietnam, and on the Presidential and Diplomatic Security detail, he has displayed an exemplary life of service. 

Chuck as he is known by his friends and family possesses a gentle wisdom intertwined with a gregarious humor that will inspire you to mature spiritually. His strategy for coaching many is through the uncanny nature based on the principals of profound truth. Chuck believes that you have to aim high and start fast. His employment now is the service to the Kingdom of God.

As a therapist he is to help, encourage, and inspire others to look deep within themselves and change their perspective about life. His philosophy includes principals form the “Owner’s Manual”when confronting the issues of Life.
