28 Delegates from the US, Ghana, Uganda, Rwanda, South Africa, The Netherlands, and many local Tanzania officials and students were invited to the Bagamoyo Arts and Cultural College(TaSUBA) for the 4thInternational Conference on Art for Social Transformation-Artizen 2020. Brain-child of current Randallstown/Pikesville resident and Milford Mill Academy High School graduate, Ms. Kim Poole, the conference is focused on connecting Artist and art culture to sustainable development. Poole has been traveling to Africa for over 15 years curating tour groups as a performer and founder of the Teaching Artist Institute, and this year I was able to attend.
