Eliminating Hump Day

In America, some people refer to Wednesday as hump day. The reason? Because Wednesday is in the middle of the work week, people often see it as a “hump” that they must get over in order to get closer to the end of week. The middle of a work week (Wednesday); used in the context of climbing a proverbial hill to get through a tough week.
