In his position at KP, he has helped create better tools and platforms to enable smarter, more connected care that is affordable and has a focus on prevention. His work has significantly contributed to KP’s ability to measure and compare the care they deliver, which is foundational in improving quality and safety. It has helped move the organization toward the goal of real-time, personalized healthcare for their more than 9 million members.
Phil has recently authored a book about the topic, titled "Transforming Health Care: The Financial Impact of Technology, Electronic Tools, and Data Mining which we will be discussing today."
