Mr. Marlon R. Llewellyn, Indiana's first ever Innovation School Fellow and current Principal of Charles A. Tindley Accelerated School, Indiana’s only Accelerated School, is an authentic, and dedicated and dynamic educator with an expertise in leading school turn-around in large urban school settings. Mr. Llewellyn focuses on identifying and developing the strengths, talents, and skills of each and every scholar and educator in the school. He encourages an atmosphere of integrity, open, honest, and effective communication with scholars, colleagues, and the educational community. He has proven success in creating and implementing scholar development and intervention programs aimed at improving scholar achievement, classroom efficiency, and overall academic performance.
