Licensed Master Social Worker with 15+ years of social work and administration experience. Leverages finely-honed interpersonal and management skills to successfully lead an organization and increase productivity all while achieving program goals and objectives. Energetic and goal-oriented, with a genuine passion for social work and a well-rounded background in leading a progressive organization in optimizing performance and developmental growth. Astute communicator and facilitator adept at establishing rewarding relationships to benefit individual well-being and optimize clinical services. Annie is currently a Project Manager with Millennium Collaborative Care, and has written and facilitated groups extensively on Domestic Violence and Mental Health in African American communities and communities of color. Annie lives in Amherst, NY and has two adult children, Tia 24 (Public Relations in Washington D.C.) and Jeremy 18 (freshmen at Canisius College).
