This special episode of the "Young, Gifted and Black" celebrates our rich culture and history blended with a panel of guest as diverse as a hot bowl of Gumbo.

RonDavoux Records(RDV) president, DLabrie recently released a new positive, thought provoking song titled  "IT AINT EZ" from upcoming album MR NETW3RK which will be available 3/7/12 on the B-Day of his deceased rhyme partner and fellow HHC community leader KDoe. The song features San Francisco rap legend "San Quinn" and fellow RDV artist Keyanna Bean., daughter of Gumbo for the Soul' founder, Beverly Black Johnson. Eric Wade aka Kaios, also Beverly's son performs the hook on the song.

Their music,  rap and spoken word is used as vehicles for change and empowerment.

Beverly Black Johnson performs, "Gumbo for the Soul".  and Lady Serenity shares, "My Skin is Black but my Spirit is Not". A powerful, soul-stirring message you do not want to miss!
