SENSITIVITY: UNMET EXPECTATIONS OF THE MASONIC ORDER

As stewards of the Order, we are not fulfilling our obligations to those who search for nirvana- that step beyond pain and suffering.  A nice social experience doesn't wrap around the need for spiritual growth.  As our membership fades, the principles remain undiminished, in sharp contrast with the  state of ambivalence that brings men to us.

Telling someone the process of becoming involves death of ego, does not express why one of us would want to do that. But until we experience a psychological death, we cannot find what we seek-  awareness.
