The Sociopathy of the Sunnah!  The Cross and the Crescent Discussion Group

This Sunday we are going to examine the characteristics of what a sociopath does and compare that to the Sunnah of the prophet of Islam.  Sociopathy is “a pattern of antisocial behaviors and attitudes, including manipulation, deceit, aggression, and a lack of empathy for others.”  This Sunday we are going to look into the Sunnah of the 7th century self proclaimed prophet from a non-existent city in Saudi Arabia.

The Quran says in Surah 33:21:

“Ye have indeed in the Messenger of Allah a beautiful pattern (of conduct) for any one whose hope is in Allah and the Final Day, and who engages much in the Praise of Allah.”

Sunday, we are going to compare and contrast this pattern of conduct with our nation’s laws, norms, medical understanding, the idea of fairness and treatment of others, and what to do to them.
