COVID-19 continues to be as much, or more, about politics as it is about health & safety. But...what clues do YOU take asan indicator of "hoax" vs. "overblown" vs. "designed crisi" v.s simple "political football"? Hopefully, folks will call in with those thoughts.

The NFL Draft took place last week. While it was no surprise who went in the top tier and first round, there were a couple things that jumped out at me. And of course, I am thrilled for the five Iowa Hawkeyes that were chosen, as well as for those Hawkeyes who signed free agent contracts.

The NCAA committee on Name/Image/Likeness has met, and we will start seeing their recommendations. Some of it will be boiler plate, but will any of it solve the issues of haves/have-nots, or be the panacea for recruiting "indiscretions"?

And, sadly, there are sad stories in the sports world, one of which is absolutely heartbreaking. I'll talk about those a bit. And of course, I will rant about a few things, as well. What's an episode of HJPS without a quality rant from Hank, himself?
