Res. 118 - "A resolution condemnng hate crome and nay other form of racism, religious or ethnic bias, discrimination, incitement to violence, or animus targeting a minority in the United States".  Cosponsors of this bill include: Sens. Diane Finesteen, Susan Collins, Tammy Duckworth & Sen MARCO RUBIO!  It appears Establishment is finding ways to incorporate UN Res 16/18 with S. Res 118.
