The death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia this past Saturday, took America by surprise.  The first Italian American appointed to the Supreme Court, Justice Scalia was 79 yrs old.  Nominated by then Pres Ronald Reagan, Justice Scalia was the voice of conservatism on the court. He was a traditionalist who believed in the U.S. Constitution and did not believe it was a living and breathing document, as liberal progressive movement wants you to think.  He gave well thought out opinions and his writings confounded liberals, because he believed in the Constitution!  Barack Hussein Soetoro Obama gave his 3 minute tribute to Justice Scalia and vowed to nominate a successor, because that's his Constitutional right. Now Obama is concerned about the Constitution? Justice Scalia will be sorely missed.  His vacancy could pose a real problem for the United States, the Constitution and our Constitutional Republic (we are not a democracy) for years to come.
