FREEDOM QUEST -- Islam vs. the U.S. Constitution, declare it UNConstitutional!

Can the Smith Act of 1940, as amended; the existing US law as codified in Title 18 (the federal criminal code), Section 2385, be the driving force for declaring it illegal?   Or the Immigration and Nationality Act enable us to deport them to remove them and diminish harm on U.S. soil?  Or simply determine Islam is NOT a religion under current Quranic/Mosque teachings.
