On July 16, 2015 a muslim male between the ages of 18 and 35 went on a terror spree in Chattanooga, TN killing 1 Navy Sailor and 4 US Marines.  The Islamic Terrorist was armed with a handgun and an assault rifle. 

Former Congressman and Ret Lt. Col Alan West is reporting the United States Navy is bringing charges against Lt. Cmdr Timothy White for "illegally discharging a firearm on federal property".  Because Lt. Cmdr. White possibly fired his personal weapon at a TERRORIST who killed 5 United States Members of the Military.  The oath newbies take to protect and defend the US Constitution apparently doesn't give them their 2nd Amendment Right to Bear Arms.  The United States Navy could bring charges against the Lt. Cmdr.???  What in the Wide Wide World of Sports is going on in America? It's not enough that an Islamic Terroirst killed 5 of our US Servicemen who simply went to work on July 16th, like Gunnery Sgt Thomas Sullivan a Purple Heart Recipient who served 2 tours in Iraq, or  who served two tours one in Iraq & one in Afghanistan & an Eagle Scout or Sgt. Carson Holmquist who served two tours in Afghanistan or  Lance CPL Squire "Skip" Wells just 21 yrs old serving in Marines as his Mom, Grandmother & Grandfather all served in the armed forces or Petty Officer second class Randall Smith just 24 yrs old, enlisted and Proudly served in the US Navy! What about these fallen soldiers?
