If a leader cannot communicate clear VISION (the ultimate goal), MISSION (the reason and purpose your ministry, church or organisation exist), OBJECTIVES, how you are going to achieve the Mission. Madge Obaseki
Organisational Development specialist. She is currently Co-Director of Future Hope Legacy which has several divisions. She's used her Corporate background in Organisational Development and Trainikng to enlighten and equip not for profit and commercial organisations. AS Co-Director of Future Hope Legacy she provides services to support youth and those who work with them to bring about changes needed in the society we live in. Working with stake holders, educational organisations and faith communities, she's recently commissioned a survey on Millenials. Services including Mentoring, Coaching, Workshops and Retreats She is passionate about resetting the balance of what she sees as a decline in moral codes and etiquette in modern society particularly amoungst young people. She feels it's not the fault of Youth, but a mix between political, legislative and societal changes in the generation before. Current levels of knife crime, violence and a lack of commitment can generally be linked to these factors in her view. She runs Future Hope Legacy with husband and minister Cliffe. They've been together for nearly 3.5 decades She is a public speaker, published authour a keen gardener and singer (she used to sing Jazz professionally and still loves the music!).
