THE SERIES: "NO MASKS ON ME"

GOD is never in disguise.HE never disguises HIMSELF nor wants us to think HE is somebdy that HE is not.Patterning our lives after Christ we do not have to wear a mask.We have to know that HE is honest with us and we have to be totally honest with HIM and therefore,what people think doesn't matter.Now,I know that that thought takes growth to walk in and it takes finding out sometimes that some people are not who they appear to be.They will smile in your face and stab you in the back.That is a masked person.Lie on you and lie to you,that is a masked leader.When exhibiting strength to those we mentor and younger family members especially our children and grandchildren we want them to see the best in us,strength and courage in us.In crippling times when they are weak we show them our strength which encourages them and causes them to perhaps rise above a roung tough situation.We can be soothers of pain and therefore,make ourselves look like we can stand the pain while we are trying to help others get thru their pain,hurt and heartache.For the most part,wearing a mask to me as a church leader can be one that just is not how he or she portrays themselves in public.An elder that abuses his wife and then preaches twice a week,wears a masks and the wife can't tell anyone.A gossiping pastor male or female that thinks gossip and talebearing is ok for them becasue they are pastors,they wear masks.A homosexual church leaders, pastor, bishop, etc. wears a mask preaching and teaches every week walk in abominations to GOD as if it is ok.While the people love and favor him or her with no discernment to see threw the masks. I heard a female church leader organize a conference called "Take the Masks Off." I found out later the many masks she still wears.Never thought of that or of anyone wearing a mask other than on Halloween which true beievers do not celebrate,yet I thought how is that possible and what does that really mean?Join us!
