Earl is an American Patriot, who has served in the US Army, has been a high school English teacher, a Christian musician, a Bible conference teacher, a veterans disability claims representative, a NY Statewide Veterans Program Administrator, and a Tea Party spokesperson throughout UpState, NY,  which included TV and radio appearances. He also is the author of “The Three-Dimensional Leader: Negotiating Your Mission, Resources and Context,” which he has taught throughout America, in Europe, Asia and The Middle East. He now is recognized widely as Pastor Earl, founding pastor of Liberty Christian Fellowship Church, in the greater Capital District of NYS.  His booklet titled,  "The Bible Is The Source of America's Inalienable Rights”is gaining national attention to help people understand America’s true founding, and how we can become the kind of people whom God can use once again to restore our beloved USA! In 2012, while teaching a 3D Leadership course in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, he had two lunches and dinners with a self-identified jihadist, who advised him “You Americans are doomed, because you don’t know how to defend your culture. We will use every freedom against you!” From that encounter Earl realized he must overcome presuppositions and general ideas about “God, mom and apple pie” to determine specifically how America was founded as a Christian nation, and what actually must take place to defend it. “The Biblical Basis of the Bill of Rights.”  “Without people understanding how to connect the dots between the Bible and America’s Founding documents, most of our patriotic efforts amount to a hollow cry of “Rah-rah, we need more God in government,” .So we mistakenly think all religions have the same social, cultural and political outcomes, which they don’t!
