Barefoot is legal is a 501C3 non-profit dedicated to sharing information, answering questions and giving support to those living the barefoot lifestyle. Most people think driving a car going to a store and eating in a business is illegal but no such laws exist. There are numerous health benefits to living a barefoot life that most people do not realize.

Kartika Dubey joins us from India. She has spent the entire last 12 months without any footwear.
