On the first half of today's episode, we will be speaking to Christopher Jordan, one of my favorite fellow podcasters, on life as an empath! We will be discussing spirituality, grounding, addiction, and emotional trauma, as well. 

On the second half of the show, we will be speaking to a dear friend of mine, Michael Worden, who is in law enforcement who has a ton of insight into PTSD in this line of work and the struggles one in law enforcement faces after experiencing violent or traumatic events.
