Lorien Lehmer's Bio:  As woman, mother, and lover it has been a wild ride. As a child, my connection to nature and intuition was in tune. Learning to trust that in a world that teaches counter intuitive rules can be difficult, self-doubt and lack of self-worth can be a result. Recovering from codependency, trauma, divorce with two kids, and single motherhood gave me the opportunity to receive incredible skill sets to build inner confidence, trust and interdependence. I was guided to the support and tools that have given me depth and expansion to my knowing, growth and expression.  20 years of study and practice of working with the body, coaching relationships, and connection with source are ripe for sharing. I now have a thriving business helping people feel more vitality and joy in their bodies by creating lives that are loving and connected.  I’m grateful and excited to be here offering Energy Medicine, Embodiment Practices, and working with the Emotional Body to clear dissonance and access your own innate wisdom within.
