Body and Soul Awareness is a weekly, 90 min radio show focusing on awakening your own internal guides when it comes to overall well-being including physical health, internal state of being and spiritual expansion. Your hosts, Stephanie and Oxana are friends and business owners who collectively provide services in nutrition, skincare and body energy management with concentration on physical, energy and spiritual bodies. This weeks Special Guest is Dr. Jill Diaz.  

Dr. Jill's passion is pediatric, pre-natal, and postpartum chiropractic. Her approach to treatment is to find the underlying cause of the problem, keeping her patient's best interest in mind. She not only treats the symptoms, but will also work with you to prevent problems from occurring in the future. Each treatment program is designed specifically for the individual. She finds it especially important to help patients improve their overall health with spinal adjustments, nutrition counseling, exercise and stretching instructions. She will take the extra time with patients to reduce pain with muscle and soft tissue massage. 

Dr. Jill is currently the only Chiropractor in the Manassas area that is specially trained to work with Pregnant Women and Children. Dr. Jill also has a special interest in working with Infertility and other Women's Issues.

Dr. Jill resides in Manassas, VA with her husband, Dr. Manuel, their daughter, Elizabeth, and cocker spaniel, Bailey. Dr. Jill enjoys running, triathlons, and spending time with family.
