Mr Keith Lapell Biggins? Depending On The Weather/ Hurricane Dorian

Mr. Keith L. Biggins, was released from prison under the First Step Act July 2019. He has secured himself a job and working with as many kids as he can to help them stay on a positive road. Keith, served 25 years until the First Step Act signed by Mr. Donald Trump. Keith says many says Mr. Trump is prejudice but he signed knowing the majority that were beling release were black. Keith  is a happy bublly man with great spiritual energy. I admire him because he appreciates his mother a whole lot.
