First Lady Cledra is married to Bishop elect Eddie Gross & she is the  founder and CEO of PlanBE Coaching. She is the recipient of numerous awards including the Radical Success Institute Shining Star Award, named one of Atlanta’s top 10 over 40 for living their BEST life & helping others do the same, an inaugural coach for the Steve Harvey Success Institute  and featured in countless magazines.  She holds a BS and MS in Engineering with a minor in Nutrition from North Carolina A&T State University and is a Compass Certified Life Coach & a Growth U Certified Life Coach.  She specializes in helping women have a strong foundation of  Health & Wellness in order to serve the Lord at the highest level.  Her work is based on the scripture 3 John 2 …“Beloved I wish above all things that you be in good health and prosper even as your soul prospers”.  Excellence for the kingdom begins with excellence in health & wellness.
