How Do I Study My Bible

I get this question all the time because many says I read my Bible most days because I have no time to really study and I have found understanding in church Bible Study because my pastor breaks it down. I think how do they know it is the right break down when they never went to check it out for themselves.What has been great spiritual things that works every time is prayer and the secerity to understand God word. To hide it in our heart that we may not sin against God.If we allow the word of God to enter our hearts and we learn it not to debate with others or to look good in the Christians eyes. But we trully want to know and understand to live by God word to please him and walk up right daily.
