John The Baptiser

John the baptiser he baptised with water but made it clear one was coming after him who was before him and this one coming was greater that he. John explained he was baprising with water, but he taht was coming would baptise with the Holy Ghost. Look at it John was Jesus relative but I did not see in John 1 where he told others I am related to the son of God. He did not ask for any special favors, he suffered in the wilderness eating locus and wild honey.How many of us would have stayed on track?
