Working on a job in 2016 and beyond. There has got to be a differecet between a job and employment, I am not sure what employers are trying to accomplish. However, they are messing up this thing called work because no more good days wage for a good days work. Treating workers like  robots or machines of some kind. If I am hired for a job it is my intentions to do the job of one person, but if I am employed I expect to do the job of many people. Work should be just that work, no slacking, no going to the restroom to rest, and no taking off because I don't feel like it that day.If I take off work it is due to an appointment of great importance, an emergency, or I am to sick to work that day. I should call in to allow my manager or supervisor know I want be there so they have a chance to replace me. We should have mutural respect for each other because we are human beings and not machines. Baby boomers and millennials are different because a generational and culture shift has taken place. Because of the generational changes employees have to become motivated and inspired to work. the baby boomers understood if you accept a job you go on the job to work. A lot of the time you were trained by another human being. There were no computers where you listen to training and tested to training. You got first hand experience. It appears no one word is worth nothing anymore. From the whitehouse to corporate lies are told every where. Things must be put into writing no hand shake to seal the deal and it is a true deal.
