Where Has Shame Gone

People from what others call the old school remember the word Shame because back in the day there were many things humans were a shamed of, like cheating on a spouse,leaving your kids, or stealing. The people back then had a standard way of living and it included respect for others. It wasn't about how you felt alone but those around you, the peple you came in contact with,  your family and friends. Co workers were important, the boss,and creditors. Men and women appeared to have a code for living and taught their children the code and how to respect others. Today it is as if no one has respect and not even for themselves.So many factors play a role in so much until many only care about themselves and those they love. Money has taken over the minds of people. Stuff and things is more important that a moral code to live by daily.
