The Choices in Low Income Areas

The choices of most people living in low income areas always amazes me. Not everyone in these areas makes the same choices. I have been looking around to see who uy wat and why. I have seen people in need of food but choose to buy beer rather than food. I have seen store owners of convience stores in these areas allow peoploe to buy illegal items with food stamps. No convience store is to see single cigarettes out of a pack of 20 but many store owners in low income sell single cigarettes. These are only a few of the things that is wrong.
