When I Repent I Mean It From My Heart

Have you every did some thing that was wrong you knew it was wrong and you never stop to make it right. Every now and then it comes to your thoughts you push it out of your mind and keep going but this wrong doing of yours keeps coming back and it is coming back to your mind more and more. Once you repent and mean it from your heart with all sincerity go back and make it right if you can. The thought of it will go away and if it comes back smile and remind yourself you asked for forgiveness and keep it moving and each time if it comes back repeat the same pocess.
