ESPN’s new 30 for 30 documentary, False Positive, profiles the story of one of the greatest track athletes in U.S. history, Olympic Gold Medalist Butch Reynolds, Mr. Reynolds was a prolific Ohio State track star, who may have been the fastest man in the world, having set the world record for the 400-meter dash in 43.29 seconds (smashing the 20-year-old record of 57 seconds.) But his legendary career was derailed by a faulty drug test in one of the greatest injustices in American sports history.  False Positive tells Butch’s story from his rise to global fame, to his subsequent suspension by the IAAF, and his relentless battle to clear his name. False Positive premieres June 11
at 7:00pm ET on ESPN and Will Stream on ESPN+
