Join Amy Zellmer as she interviews TBI survivor Stephanie Freeman from Georgia about the "power of never giving up."

Stephanie shares how she received a TBI from a car accident 22 years ago and was told she would never be able to walk again. Hear how she overcame those odds and is now an active runner, including finishing the Boston Marathon in 2014.

Stephanie is the founder of www.shareyourstrong.org a 501C3 non profit whose mission is: "to bring awareness to brain trauma and encourage and inspire the lives of people who have been affected by this silent epidemic."

Both Stephanie and myself are volunteers for the Brain Injury Association of America's Advisory Council (BIAAC) and continue to be loud and proud advocates for all brain injury survivors!
