Special Guest: Dan Godsall, Managing Director, WOMBA

Join us as we talk about the challenges and opportunities that arise during the transition from childless professional to working parent, for parents and for companies, and how a more thoughtful and supportive approach to new parents will help businesses increase retain and develop talent and increase gender balance.

Formerly a Managing Director at one of the UK's largest retail banks, Dan Godsall quit his corporate career in 2014 to take some time out as a stay-at-home day to his then six month old son, Jesse. It was through this experience that Dan developed his passion for supporting working parents.

Today Dan is the founder of WOMBA, a training and coaching consultancy that works with organisations to improve the experience of new parents who are transitioning out of and back into the work place. WOMBA believes that becoming a parent doesn't need to mean the end of a promising career, and instead is a unique development opportunity that can be career enhancing.
