He shares some of the valuable ways to recognise your colleagues, co-workers and employees he discovered as he rose from an entry level position in a call centre position to Team Leader to Country Manager to CEO and how a culture of recognition helped drive revenue growth and positive cash-flows in the highly-commoditised telecommunications industry with its razor thin margins. 

He shares some of the mistakes he made to help listeners avoid them and also sees them as small learning lessons that bring great rewards.
