Special Guests: Sam Veasey, Head of Health and Wellbeing at Marks and Spencer and Louise Aston, Director of Business in the Community (BITC), members of our Wellbeing Sub Group

BITC Workwell is a coalition of businesses committed to improving levels of understanding of the role of workplace wellness. Sam Veasey of Marks and Spencer is a member.

Workwell also promotes the inextricable link between engagement and wellbeing driving sustainable performance. Many of the BITC members are also involved in the Engage for Success movement.

We talk about the background to the BITC Workwell Model, how it positions engagement and wellbeing as a strategic board room issue and how M&S are using the model.

We also touch on the Workwell Public Reporting initiative and Workwell's new Mental Health Champion Group.

Host: Jo Dodds
