We talk about John's book 'The Velvet Revolution' and why John thinks that engagement may be here to stay this time. We also chat about international considerations around employee engagement as well as 'advertising' the new Digital Engagement Sub Group!

John shares a great example of working with a large multi-national to change the command and control culture to one where sustainable change was created from the bottom up.

We had a few issues with John not being able to dial in to the show and then we had to finish it off via a recorded conference call as we overran (having started late) and got cut off! So, this is a spliced together version...just explaining in case it sounds a bit disjointed when John arrives and right at the end :-)
