Show #4: Call-In Show

We normally try to feature guests and special topics on these Engage for Success shows.  We want these shows to be as engaging as possible so we do give all listeners the chance to call in - but in a 30 minute show the time to talk is really limited!

So some of our shows will be special call-in shows - no pre-defined guests, no particular topics - just conversation around employee engagement with you!

What do you think are the burning topics in employee engagement at the moment?  And particularly since this show is going out at the start of the year, what do you think organisations should see as their main priorities for buidling engagement during 2013?
