Let's deal with the root issues of that blackness. Do you have a sick heart? If so, what caused the sickness? What have you internalized,(hurt, pain, unforgiveness, bitterness, resentment, etc.,) that you nurtured and held on to....that have affected your body, your heart, your blood pressure, your diet, your thought process? Do you have heart that is stiched up, covered up with bandaids, patches and cracks? If so, what caused the cracks? Why does your heart need stiches and a band aid? What happened to you? Do you have a weak heart? Is your heart overburdened, heavy, working too hard, carry heavy objects that are slowing you down and effecting your breathing? Maybe your arteries are clogged spiritually and you need a spiritual enema to remove the spiritual cholesterol that is preventing the flow of spiritual oxygen that is needed to help you breath.
